Spend this weekend exploring the life force that moves, transforms, and renews us. Through āsana, pranayama, meditation, chanting, and yogic philosophy, we’ll trace the wisdom of prāṇa in every aspect of practice.
We will use this weekend to look at all aspects of the alluring life force that brings us into this world, lets us evolve and transforms and renews us constantly. We will trace yogic wisdom on prāṇa in the areas of āsana, pranayama, meditation, chanting and philosophic texts.
You will leave this weekend with a deeper understanding for and inspiration to all limbs of your practice.
We will practice in a beautiful garden Shala, surrounded by lush greenery, in the south of Bonn (Bad Godesberg). Our afternoon conversations and Yoga Nidra will take place in front of the fire place unless it is still too warm outside. You will receive a printed resource guide for the weekend.
You don’t need to have a strong practice or fulfill any criteria, everyone is welcome and you can always practice according to your individual needs.
Our schedule
All days start at 8:00 am and end at 4:00 pm.
8:00 am – 9:00am Meditation and Pranayama
9:00am – 11:00am Mysore Style – your practice!
11:00am – 12:30pm Break, light brunch
12:30pm – 3:00pm Philosophy in theory and action: prāṇa – discussion, asana, pranayama, chanting
3:00pm – 3:15pm Break, tea/coffee and sweets
3:15pm – 4:00pm Yoga Nidra
The weekend includes a brunch with cold and warm food on both days as well as drinks and snacks throughout the day.
To ensure that ample time can be devoted to each participant, I want to keep the group size small, so there is a maximum of 6 spaces
