Cancellation and Refund Policy for Retreats 

Your place is reserved upon receipt of the 20% deposit. 

Cancellations unfortunately cause a great deal of inconvenience. Furthermore, vacant places cannot always be reassigned in the case of last-minute cancellations. 

The deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another retreat, weekend, or workshop. 

If you cancel at least three months before the start of the retreat, we will refund 80%.

If you cancel at least two months before the start of the retreat, we will refund 50%.
